Returns & Warranty
MilSim Products is committed to providing the highest quality gear to match the needs and expectations of its customers. In instances where the product does not meet your expectation, must be returned for warranty coverage or needs to be returned for any other reason the following terms and procedures should be followed:
GENERAL RETURNS:
Items may be returned in new and unopened condition within 30 days of delivery for a full store credit. Items returned for other than store credit are subject to a 15% restocking fee. MilSim Products does not reimburse return shipping expenses.
All returns must be authorized by Customer Service by emailing customerservice@milsimproducts.com. Once an RMA# has been issued, please clearly mark the outside of the return shipping box with this number, otherwise your return will not be received.
WARRANTY RETURNS:
- All markers and products are warranty by the manufacture; please contact the manufacture for specific detail.
- NcSTAR optics have a lifetime limited warranty, Toll Free: 1-866-NCSTAR-8 email them at ncstar@sbcglobal.net
All NcSTAR scopes and binoculars are guaranteed to be free from original manufacturer defects in material and/or workmanship under normal use for the life of the scope. If a defect occurs during that period, New Century Sci. & Tech., Inc. at its option will either repair, or replace the product.

Limited lifetime warranty on AccuShot Series, 5th Gen Series and Golden Image Series scopes. Red/Green Dot Scope/Sight have a 2 year warranty. Warranty against material or workmanship defects applies based on the following conditions:
--Scope was purchased new. Evidence of purchase is required for warranty service.
--Scope was not disassembled, parts / screws not removed or loosened, and the scope was not tampered with in any way. Any evidence of such interference will void the warranty.
--Scope has not been abused, maliciously damaged or treated in a manner not in keeping with the purpose it was designed for.
- RAP4 markers have a 1 year warranty, unless a 3 year warranty was purchased during original sale. To star process,
