Because our prices are so low compared to our competitors, some people may get to thinking we sell used and/or refurbished equipment or gear; however, we would never represent the status of the merchandise we sell. With that said, there are times we will sell us40ed equipment or gear; however, whenever those rear instances occur, you can be assured, we will clearly indicate that the item is used or refurbished.

How secure is your site?

MilSim Products uses a 128-bit SSL Certificate from a leading provider called, "Comodo." If your browser address starts with the https:// this means anything you enter will remain secure. In addition, MilSim Products partners with some of the most reliable payment gateways in the business. We provide Authorize.net, PayPal Pro, and Google Checkout. These provider in turn allow you to use many forms of payment; including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Google Checkout, and ECheck.

My credit card was declined?

There are potentially many reasons why a credit card was declined, here is a partial list of those: payment gateway was down for maintenance, not enough funds or insufficient credit with your issuing bank, card number entered incorrectly, card expired or expiration date entered incorrectly, address or other information provided does not match with your issuing banks information, perhaps you entered the CVV number (3 or 4 digit number on the back of the card) incorrectly or left blank. For best acceptance results, enroll your Visa card into the Verified by Visa program or enroll your MasterCard into the MasterCard SecureCode program. These programs help reduce fraud and help process your payment and ultimately your order quicker.

My address came back unconfirmed?

There are many reasons why this happens. If you are using Paypal or Google Checkout, you may want to check with your account on their system to see if your account has been verified. Setting up a Paypal or Google Checkout account does not automatically ensure verification. These payment solutions (Paypal and Google) require you to verify your personal information by means of adding a bank account to their system.

If you're trying to use Visa, Mastercard, or American Express, and the address came back unconfirmed, it typically indicates a conflict with the issuing bank information and the information you assume they have on file. Use the customer service number on the back of the card to check the information for accuracy--this problem can occur if you recently moved. Additionally, UPS and USPS utilize a software program to verify shipping addresses. If you have already checked with your bank, and verified your information with them but still have not resolved the unconfirmed status, feel free to let us try and help. If for whatever reason we can not contact you (the customer) or obtain address verification and clarification within 48 to 72 hours, under normal circumstances, we will void the transaction and refund the money.

If my order was declined, failed, or came back unconfirmed, what can I do?

You could always try another credit card, or simply ensure you typed all the information in the fields correctly. If authorization continues to decline your card number, and you're sure you typed the correct information, we suggest you call the bank that issued the card. The bank's customer service number can be found on the back of the card.

Alternatively, you can enroll your Visa card into the Verified by Visa program or enroll your MasterCard into the MasterCard SecureCode program. These programs help reduce fraud and help process your payment and ultimately your order quicker.

What is your return policy?

MilSim Products is committed to providing the highest quality gear to match the needs and expectations of its customers. In instances where the product does not meet your expectation, must be returned for warranty coverage or needs to be returned for any other reason the following terms and procedures should be followed:

GENERAL RETURNS:

Items may be returned in new and unopened condition within 30 days of delivery for a full store credit. Items returned for other than store credit are subject to a 15% restocking fee. MilSim Products does not reimburse return shipping expenses.

All returns must be authorized by Customer Service by emailing customerservice@milsimproducts.com. Once an RMA# has been issued, please clearly mark the outside of the return shipping box with this number, otherwise your return will not be received.

What is your warranty policy?

MilSim Products is committed to offering great brands which provide the highest quality merchandise; however, even the best gear and equipment sometimes have bad days.

- All markers and products are warranty by the manufacture; please contact the manufacture for specific detail.
- NcSTAR optics have a lifetime warranty, Toll Free: 1-866-NCSTAR-8 Email: ncstar@sbcglobal.net
- RAP4 markers have a 1 year warranty, unless a 3 year warranty was purchased during original sale. To star process, click here or call 408-727-3144.

What is your shipping policy?

98% of all orders that payment is verified will be processed within 24-business hours (8am to 5pm EST) unless there is a national holiday. Any items that are not currently stocked will be placed on backorder, and the customer will be notified via email within same business day. Customer has the right to cancel any backorders up until item is shipped from MilSim Products to purchasers address; with the exception of specialty items such as custom printing or manufacturing, which can not be canceled. MilSim Products uses USPS and UPS shipping for most transactions. However, because we also use our manufacturers dropshipping services, other shipping services may be used.
